Amanza's New Project Booms While Davina's Latest Listing Crashes
Amanza introduces the Selling Sunset fandom to her newest project she and her friend Tanisha are calling the 'She E O Space.' Amanza explains that the space is all about female empowerment and will feature women-owned businesses and odes to powerful women throughout the 3,000 sq. ft. venue.

Chrishell asks how Amanza's been handling the stress of this project, and Amanza reveals her true behind-the-scenes struggles which include having been granted sole custody over her children. While the process was tedious and emotional, Amanza is happy to "continue to make choices...for my kids and their future." Mary then speaks to her struggles of being a 16-year-old mom, though despite her ex having disappeared, she raised her son Austin quite well. Chrishell half-bows to her friends, in awe of their sheer womanly power.
Though Amanza, Chrishell, and Mary are enlivened by their conversation at the She E O Space, Davina is feeling less than emboldened, dealing with a client who's asked to enlist multiple agents. She brings Mary to client Amanda's listing where Amanda expresses her concern that Davina is too overbearing and not providing the attention Amanda desires in an agent.

Amanda revealed that she felt pressured to sign the listing agreement, noting a conversation between her, Davina, and Jason, as well as Davina sending reminder texts to Amanda's boyfriend, attorney, and assistant. While Amanda rattles off (semi-coherently) her qualms, Davina becomes defensive, eventually leading to Amanda's churning.
Mary tells the cameras an agent needs to "realize when a client's dug in their heels," adding that "you can't battle them." She then offers some concern about Davina's performance as of late, saying it needs to be taken into account that she's losing clients.
Chelsea Speaks Her Piece At Chrishell And Brett's Open House
Chrishell's first double-digit listing has been perfectly staged for an open house, and she stands anxiously awaiting the potential buyers. Brett loads on the pressure, telling Chrishell they'll need to sell the house in 2 weeks' time if they intend to close at asking. As the other agents stroll in, they admire the grandiose listing with Maya and Vanessa wondering what they have to do to get a listing of this caliber as Chrishell did.
As Chrishell meets various prospects, it seems she's got a fish on the hook with an agent who offered to put in a good word to his buyer. Chelsea, who arrives late to the open, scrutinizes the house and also concedes she may have the perfect buyer. After the open house concludes, the ladies gather in the living room to sip on some La Croix seltzers.
Chelsea breaks the ice and asks the ladies about the drama that ensued at her and Christine's Caviar and Couture Broker's Open. She tells the other agents she was appalled by the behavior, and that private matters should be handled separately. She continues to say that she feels the precedent should be set that the work environment is a place of empowerment.
While everyone agrees that the conversation with Christine happened at the wrong time and place, they tell Chelsea they've thrown up their hands when it comes to Christine. Mary takes the feedback and internalizes it, determining that, in her new position, she needs to figure out how to "move forward in a positive way."
Mary Confronts Christine About Her Behavior
Sitting down with Christine, Mary expresses the difficulties she's been having being amicable with Christine, and that it's necessary for Christine to reevaluate and change her behavior. Christine continues to be defensive, claiming her humor is "off-putting," though Mary combats her and calls her jokes "rude and disrespectful." She pleads with Christine to stop instigating, and Christine flips the coin, telling Mary to tell the other agents to cease and desist as well.
Christine continues to insist on her innocence, so Mary asks her about having told the press she and Mary's relationship was "superficial at best." Christine tries to excuse her words, though she just winds up saying that she and Mary were, in fact, not close friends.
Mary protests that she and Christine really were close friends, even admitting she has Christine's birthday (which was this day!) written in her calendar. Mary leaves the conversation thanking Christine for hearing her out, and leaves the table, both wondering how they'll progress in the coming weeks.
Christine Continues To Play The Victim Card
The question of whether Chelsea has seen Christine's true colors shine through still remains as fans continue to wallow in the frustration that is seeing Christine try to defend herself against her misbehaviors. Her stories are clumsy and clearly biased, so it's no wonder the other agents have a difficult time trying to combat her.
Without Christine showing a smidgen of sympathy, empathy, or the like, it seems the damage she's done to the agents of the Oppenheim Group is permanent. Although, it looks like Chelsea's bluntness is respected by the group. Will her ability to command the room be able to draw back respect for Christine?
